Every day when I wake up, I have a specific routine I go through.
I call it my manifestation routine because it's what I do to ensure I'm in the vibe and energy of what I need to be in for the day to manifest my desires.
It's essentially what I do to make sure I'm on track because our minds can run rampant if we let them go off on autopilot. It's probably the only kind of automation we DON'T want.. 😂
But for me, it's what I need to feel grounded, aligned and filled to the brim with a lot to give before I go about my day.
I've found if I miss a day or two I become pretty exhausted and am unable to give much so it's important I do it!
But it's not like this crazy complicated unreachable routine that only the "special" can do every day.
There's no 5am wake up calls because.. FUCK THAT.
There's no climbing a Himalaya-esk mountain before dawn.
There's no 3 hour meditation session where I meet the architect of the matrix.
It's really simple, straight forward and easy to do because there's a lot of lying around - which is tooooootally my style! 🤣
I've had quite a few people ask me about my morning routine and what they should do, if they're doing if right and if they need to add in more things and push themselves.
Here's what I have to say about that and to anyone who has wondered the same..
Do what feels good to you.
